At Grove we run regular day courses during the school holidays, along with camps during the summer and a range of evening events throughout the year. Our day courses run from 9:30 to 3:30.
All you need to do is to arrive in your riding clothes with a packed lunch and, depending on the time of year, some sunscreen or a warm dry coat!
9.30 till 3.30
Ask your instructor which course best suits you, bring your lunch and come have some fun!
These days are your chance to spend the day at the yard looking after your pony, feeding, mucking out, riding and grooming ... all the good stuff! Ask your instructor which course best suits you and have a look at our upcoming schedule for dates.
10am till 2.30pm
These are new for this summer and include:
Parents ... this one's for you. Why not make use of the summer weather and have some fun of your own for a change?
We have acess to a beautiful country estate and can go to areas normally not available for public access so come along bring some friends and lets go for a ride!
Hey if it's in the evening, who knows, we may even fit in a drink at the pub!
You will camp at The Grove for the week and immerse yourself totally in the world of ponies! Spend the days with the horses looking after your own designated school horse and learning all about how to care for them including:
The course is limited to over 12s and you must be confident in canter, but other than that everyone welcome?
Just like summer camp but for the younger ones (you get to sleep in your own bed) and this year we're running it twice. This course is limited to over 6's off lead reign and above. Ideally you will be on eof our regular riders but all welcome.
